Vin to Yin
An invigorating, fire-producing Vinyasa Flow followed by a calming and cooling Yin series. The heart-centered Vinyasa series will stoke Agni (internal fire) to purify and energize, then the gentler, more passive Yin postures will help you turn your gaze inward and finish your practice with meditation, single-minded focus, and gratitude. These classes might focus on shoulders one day and the core, or hamstrings the next time, but every time you will learn more and more about how to access deep muscles, connective tissue and alignment.
