Yin

Yin yoga focuses on passively holding poses for longer periods of time to open up connective tissues deep within joints and help you find all of the inward limbs of yoga.

From never-evers to advanced practitioners, everyone can benefit from this graceful, gratitude-filled, meditative practice.

Vin to Yin

An invigorating, fire-producing Vinyasa Flow followed by a calming and cooling Yin series. The heart-centered Vinyasa series will stoke Agni (internal fire) to purify and energize, then the gentler, more passive Yin postures will help you turn your gaze inward and finish your practice with meditation, single-minded focus, and gratitude.

Focused Flow

Sequencing centered around specific anatomical focuses. These classes might focus on shoulders one day and the core, or hamstrings the next time, but every time you will learn more and more about how to access deep muscles, connective tissue and alignment.

Weekend Flow

In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. 

Vinyasa Flow

Flow through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility. In Sanskrit vinyasa means “a wise progression,” and that informs the fluid dance that is a well-planned vinyasa sequence.l

Mindful Flow

In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.
