Viewed classes will be charged to existing class passes, students may purchase or make a donation for individual on-demand classes or take advantage of our unlimited live stream & on-demand pass for just $49/mo.  Classes are recorded live and posted within 24-hours. Due to the live recording nature, you will likely need to fast forward to the beginning of the class. Sunday Brunch Flow

In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. 

Tuesday Rise & Flow

Start your morning right with this body-awakening flow! This is an all-levels vinyasa flow appropriate for those new to yoga, as well as experienced yogis. Come salute the sun with us!

Wednesday Vin to Yin

This class will begin with a warming and heart-opening yang practice allowing prana or energy to begin flowing in the body. The second half of the class will focus on yin poses held longer to stretch the connective tissues helping us to relax into the deepest layers of the body.

Friday Focused Flow

Sequencing centered around specific anatomical focuses. These classes might focus on shoulders one day and the core, or hamstrings the next time, but every time you will learn more and more about how to access deep muscles, connective tissue and alignment.

Sunday Guided Meditation

Guided breath work followed by led meditation practices. Various styles will be offered to expose students to different schools of meditation. No experience necessary.

Tuesday Eve Vinyasa

Flow through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility. In Sanskrit vinyasa means “a wise progression,” and that informs the fluid dance that is a well-planned vinyasa sequence.l

Thursday Gentle Flow

Yoga Foundations Series

The perfect way to begin a yoga practice. The course consists of 5 progressive classes to teach you the basics, help you adjust for your own unique body, and learn to mindfully breath. Revisit the basic or start a brand new practice. Suitable for all students, who can safely get up and don from the floor.
