$400 non-refundable deposit to reserve a spot (applies to early-bird). Balance due: 90 days prior to arrival (Balance due by August 1, 2026). Cancellation: Deposit non-refundable. Full refund (minus deposit) if canceled >90 days before start. 50% refund if canceled 45–90 days before. No refund within 45 days. Minimum participants: Retreat proceeds at minimum 8 guests; if minimum not reached, full refund of payments made 120 days prior. All guests to purchase independent travel insurance.
