The Yoga Bar is a traditional yoga shala, offering a full menu of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative & mindfulness classes in the Greater Cincinnati area. Yoga Bar offers yoga retreats in places as exotic as Bali and as close to home as Hocking Hills, Ohio & is home to Northern Kentucky's premier teacher training program, Bija Yoga School.
